What are your fees and policies?

You can see pricing on our services page (BONUS: we charge flat rate fees)! Our policies are simple. We only ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this doesn’t occur, there will be a fee of $30. If we have to remove cat and/or dog feces there is a $30 fee. We ask that you give us an reliant way to enter your home. If we have to wait, we will charge a fee.* All sales are final.

*Fee varies depending on wait time.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

Yes. Our cleaners bring only 4 tested and trusted products gentle for your home and their hands. We provide double HEPA certified filter vacuums.  As you know every home is different so if there is a particular product you would like us to use please let us know.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Each area of the house goes through our Bee-autiful checklist. Below are all the standard items.


  • Showers / bathtubs rinsed and cleaned
  • Toilets cleaned
  • Countertops wiped
  • Sinks, faucets, and fixtures cleaned
  • Cabinet exteriors cleaned
  • Mirror cleaned
  • Towels neatly hung and/or folded
  • Floors mopped and/or vacuumed
  • Trash emptied

What cities are you available in?

We are currently willing to travel up to 25 miles out of Minneapolis. We also serve the community of Faribault!

How does the cleaner enter my home?

Before your appointment, we will work with you one-on-one to determine the best way to enter your home. However, we don’t recommend house keys.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment, we will immediately communicate with you and make arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We encourage you to pay your invoice online. This method is safe and secure. Other forms that are accepted are cash or check.

Do the cleaning professionals go through background checks?

Before your cleaner is released they go through our certified wings training program. They are thoroughly background checked, referenced, and trained. All of our cleaners are certified through our Work With Purpose program.

What about my pets?

We are pet-friendly and often enjoy the company! Please let us know of any concerns or pet nuances. We have a pet feces clean up fee of $30.
